This policy explains what information the SiteVeya website collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It is written to match how this website actually works.

On this page
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Review required: add the legal name of the person or business that operates SiteVeya. under the name SiteVeya. SiteVeya provides web design, website care and lead follow-up services to small businesses, with an initial focus on Jacksonville, Florida. We work remotely and do not operate a public office.
In this policy, "SiteVeya," "we" and "us" mean the operator named above. "You" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.
Review required: add a mailing address for privacy and legal notices, or confirm that requests are handled only through the contact form or a business email address.
2. Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us. Our website has two forms:
- Quote and contact form. Your name, business name, email address, business website (optional), the service you are interested in, a description of your project, an optional budget range, and your confirmation that we may contact you about your request.
- Free website audit form. Your name, business name, email address, whether you currently have a website and its address, your type of business, the main problem you notice with your website, any optional details you add, and your confirmation that we may contact you.
If you email us or reply to one of our messages, we also keep that correspondence so we can follow the conversation.
Please do not include sensitive information in form messages, such as payment card numbers, passwords, health information or government identification numbers. We do not need it to answer your inquiry.
3. Information collected automatically
A small amount of technical information is processed automatically to run the website and keep the forms free of spam:
- Spam-prevention fields. Each form contains a hidden field that people never see (automated bots tend to fill it in) and records when the form was opened, so instant automated submissions can be rejected. These values are used only to filter spam and are not added to your inquiry.
- IP address for rate limiting. When you submit a form, our form endpoint uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The address is converted into a one-way hashed value that is stored for about ten minutes and then expires. We do not save your IP address with your inquiry.
- Bot check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes limited signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent and connection details. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details. Review required: Turnstile is not configured in this build. Confirm it is active before the forms go live, or update this section.
- Hosting and security data. Cloudflare hosts this website and runs our form endpoint. Like any web host, it processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will stay off until you agree to it, and we will update this policy first.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use your information for targeted advertising. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, depending on the protections enabled for this site.
Review required: confirm which trackers and cookies are actually deployed at launch (including any Cloudflare security cookies) and whether the consent approach meets the laws that apply to your visitors.
5. How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- read, answer and follow up on your inquiry or audit request;
- prepare quotes, proposals and project plans you ask for;
- carry out a free website audit you request, which means visiting and reviewing the public website you give us;
- keep reasonable records of our conversations and any work we do together;
- protect the website and its forms from spam, fraud and abuse;
- meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not add people who contact us to a marketing mailing list, and we do not sell your personal information.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the form endpoint and provides the Turnstile bot check.
- An email delivery service. Each inquiry is sent to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider (see the Resend privacy policy). If confirmation emails are switched on, Resend also sends you a short note that your request arrived.
- A spreadsheet or customer-relationship tool. We may forward inquiries to a spreadsheet or project tracking tool we use to keep track of requests.
Review required: confirm which providers are active at launch (email delivery service, any spreadsheet or CRM destination, analytics) and list each one by name. Remove any that are not used.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
7. How long we keep information
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond, follow up on a project and keep reasonable business records.
Review required: set specific retention periods: for inquiries that do not become projects, for client project records, and for copies held by your email and CRM providers.
The hashed values used for rate limiting expire automatically within minutes. Data held by our service providers is also subject to their own retention practices.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason;
- stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will respond to requests as the laws that apply to us require.
To make a request, use our contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. Review required: describe how requests are verified and how quickly you respond to them.
Review required: confirm with a lawyer which privacy laws apply to SiteVeya (for example, Florida and other US state laws, and any international visitors) and add any rights or disclosures they require.
9. How we protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. Forms are submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, service passwords and API keys are kept on the server rather than in the website code your browser loads, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Review required: add a monitored contact for reporting security issues.
10. Children's privacy
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as the privacy policies of the providers named above. We are not responsible for how those websites handle information, so please review their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, for example if we add a new service provider or analytics tool. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
13. How to contact us
Questions or requests about your privacy can be sent through our contact form. Review required: add a monitored business email address for privacy requests once one is live.
