FAQ
About the free audit
Straight answers before you commit to anything.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. A person reviews your website and sends you their observations. There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything.
What will I receive?
A short, plain-English written summary by email covering the most important issues we noticed and suggested next steps you can act on, whether or not you work with us.
Is this a full technical or security audit?
No. It is a manual review of visible issues such as mobile usability, contact friction, content clarity, basic speed observations and on-page SEO basics. It is not a security test, a legal accessibility assessment or a complete SEO audit.
How long does it take?
Audits are reviewed by a person in the order they arrive. We will email you when yours is ready, and if we are fully booked we will tell you honestly rather than keep you waiting.
I do not have a website yet. Can I still request an audit?
The audit reviews an existing website, so it will not help yet. Request a website quote instead and tell us about your business.
Will you try to sell me something?
The summary may mention how SiteVeya could help, but many fixes are things you can do yourself, and we will say so. There is no pressure and no obligation.
